Nicely done! I like the feeling of movement in this a lot. The color echoing makes the whole scene pull together.

And ya, my sketches tend to evolve into more finished looking work because I can't resist playing with the image.

I like the soft shading on Cornflower and her cool dappling. Very pretty! The hairs in her tail look very lifelike, too. Cool!

Thanks! His name is actually Tenebo Najid (occasionally called the Cub), Cornflower is reference to the filter I ended up using over the picure

Durr, I should have noticed that name, it's right there in the comments.

But I do like the whole piece, filter included, it really makes all the colors harmonize.

Najid is a handsome fellow. Is he pure for the gray gene or is he 50-50?

Do you use a certain kind of filter over your drawings?? They have a very dreamy,soft and pastel-y kind of look and I love it!!

Only some that I think are missing 'something'. This one just didn't look quite right with the more natural colours I had on it
