Tenebo Najid***

Registered Name: Tenebo Najid
Meaning: Lion, brave
Nicknames: Naj, Najid
Gender: Colt
Breed: Egyptian Arabian
Projected Height: 15.3hh
Age: 6 Years
Colour: Black going Grey
Markings: None
Genotype: EE/aa/Gg

Discipline: Halter, Flat Racing, Eventing (being retrained)
Temperament: It is extraordinary to be able to see this colt's lineage in his very behavior. He is certainly a spirited little fellow, no doubt inherited from his sire and grandsire. We can even spot little mannerisms of Shezan in there as well, which excites us no end! He definitely knows he's from royal blood, and it takes a firm hand to keep him behaving as he should. Let him think he's the boss for a second and you'll be in trouble.

He reminds me so much of my own horse when he was younger. I love that one. He's gorgeous. I really want a grey arabian for Harpg to play around with ^^

Lucky duck! I love greying Arabs: drawing them is a pain though :XD:

Yes especially to draw them always the same, this is what is the biggest challenge.

My excuse is always they're just 'greying'. I mostly have problem with the shading, since most of my stuff is ridiculously shiny lol Damn greys and their odd shading :XD:

Yeah they tend to -not- shine, which is sad, especially for you because you love shiny and it looks awesome too 8D
If I use shampoo with alot of conditioner and shine spray then I eventually get a slight silver glister into my horses pelt, the only thing that wants to shine is his grey mane and tail ^^

Mmm, I'm yet to discover the perfect way to draw grey horses so I tend not to do it as much as I might otherwise like :hmm:

The thing about grey horses is, that there are so many differences. Some grey out very softly only with increasing the white hair like on a roan. Others get heavily dappled and so on.
